Reconciled status stays unchanged — this only attaches or replaces the receipt.
Receipts & documents
Add as many as you need — each with what it is and the amount it covers. Receipts, or signed sheets (e.g. performers signing for cash).
Recorded against the project/branch directly, never as your own expense. This is a retrospective record — the money is already spent — so it doesn't go through approval: it's checked in Retrospective Review, then reconciled by finance once it's tagged and its receipt status is confirmed.
Creates a new Funded Project record and locks this application's link to it — once created, only an Admin can change the link.
Controls who can be added as a member — an Under-18s group only ever accepts under-18 members, an Over-18s group only over-18s, and Mixed / All Ages accepts anyone.
A group's funding can come from more than one project over time — check all that apply.
A member can belong to any number of groups, but only ones matching their own age tier (or a Mixed / All Ages group). Only eligible members are listed here.
For overnights, third-party providers (e.g. go-karting), or anything beyond what general registration consent already covers — not just whether under-18s are attending.
Added as Present by default — change their status from the roster once added.
Added to the consent roster as Not Sent — use Send Request once they're on the list.
Pick the period to export. Only reconciled transactions are exported — if anything in the range isn't reconciled yet, the export stops and lists what's outstanding.
This alerts the General Manager and the Volunteer & Service User Welfare Director. The volunteer's own words are not copied into that email — only what you write here.
Last resort — for a night that hasn't reached the minimum of 2 through self-applications. This assigns and approves in one step.
A reason is required — the volunteer who applied will see it.
Boilerplate text, editable before sending — customise as needed for this volunteer.
